Not only did they rearrange their schedule to fit me in, and drop everything to help me when I literally just walked in off the street, but they also grabbed a team of their guys to come across the way and PUSH my van into their shop with me. Maddie and Josh were SO friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this team to anyone in the valley!"

"10000% recommend Eagle Auto Repair! My car wouldn't start one morning and called them up since I had just moved nearby --they told me to come in that day and they would look it over. Due to the nature of the problem, it wasn't something that was easy to diagnose right off the bat (to no fault of theirs at all) since everything came up fine during diagnostics, but they were honest and did not want to throw parts at my car. I appreciated their honesty SO MUCH. My car kept having issues but we were able to figure out a solution (my car would run great for a week but after not driving it for a few days, wouldn't start, and they realized it was my fuel pump/filter going out), which they were so gracious and helpful during! Their customer service is great, but I want to give a special shout out to Maddy. She is INCREDIBLE. She explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what was happening with my car and I cannot thank her enough for creating such a great experience for me with Eagle Auto Repair. I will recommend this place to everyone and keep coming back! Thank you!!!"

"I generally only write reviews if I love a place or don't like it at all. Eagle Auto is absolutely amazing! The people there are genuinely kind, and care about providing you the best service possible. They want all work to be done well, and they want to ensure that your vehicle is safe to drive after it's been worked on. The team at Eagle Auto has gone above and beyond to help me with some of the issues that had been going on with my car. They were upfront and honest with me, didn't pressure me into any choices, and made me feel perfectly comfortable with my decisions in regards to the car. When my car needed a small part, rather than charge me for it, they gave me the part, put it on for me, and gave me a smile. That was it. They're definitely not out to nickel and dime their customers. They're great with kids, too. The other day, I brought in my three-year-old daughter. While we were waiting for a diagnostic on the car, one of the workers brought a box full of brand new hot wheels to my daughter. He let her pick one, and she loved it. It is clear and evident in every interaction that I've had with someone at Eagle Auto that they are good people, who value others and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to any and every person needing diagnostics, work, or basic maintenance on their car."
